Naples KOA Holiday in Naples ME is a fun, family friendly campground. Our priority is providing families with camping memories that last a lifetime and keep them coming back year after year. There are a number of different ways to stay with us. We have Seasonal and short term RV sites, Deluxe cabins and even tent sites. We offer a variety of amenities including a beautiful pool, snack bar, fully stocked store, playgrounds, themed weekend activities and much more.
At Naples KOA Holiday we are looking for a Seasonal Office/Store Supervisor to join our team. The position would begin as soon as the right candidate is found and would go until the end of October. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year experience working in hospitality or retail. Experience working at a campground is a plus.
The Store and Reservation office are in the same building so this position would oversee both areas.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
Answer phones, emails and assist guests in making reservations.
Check guest in and out.
Assist with site escorts.
Assist GM with training and scheduling of store/office employees.
Oversee and delegate jobs to store/office employees.
Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
Describe products features and benefits
Answer customer queries regarding the store and merchandise as well as other events at the camp-resort.
Recognize and monitor security issues
Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers.
Communicate customer requests to management.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
Answer customers’ questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
Compute and record totals of transactions.
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
Resolve customer complaints, if unable to do so seek someone who can.
Post charges against guests' accounts.
Sell tickets and other items to customers.
Stock shelves, and mark prices on shelves and items.

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
