Pay: $19/hr

Full time: 40 hours. Including Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm, rotating schedule.

Assist members in completing routine account transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, checking cashing, inquiries) in a fast and efficient manner. Actively promote Northeast’s products/services and satisfy members’ financial needs personally or through referrals.

Be a Force for Good: Host local and in-branch volunteer efforts such as food drives, and branch volunteer projects. Process immediate funded impact loans to members in need of financial help.

Lead From Your Seat: Ownership of experience is crucial as relationship building and active engagement within the Branch, and Community allows us to nourish the lives of others.

Ability to comply with all Credit Union compliance, regulations, and privacy standards is of utmost importance.

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum six months customer service experience
• Great communication skills
• Previous cash handling experience
• Ability to follow all regulations and compliances
• High attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High School diploma or equivalent

Even Better If:

• Previous Credit Union or banking experience
• Previous sales experience

Other Requirements:

• Occasional travel for continued training, meetings and/or branch support.
