Path2Growth provides trauma-informed mental health services to children, families, and adults. Path2Growth offers extensive training in trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, assessment/evaluations, and anxiety/depression. This trauma-informed practice specializes in CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness-based CBT, play therapy, and parent training support to help the community understand and heal from generational trauma. We work with communities that have experienced trauma and are looking to break generational patterns and cycles. Dr. Toussaint created the GROWTH model technique which features a holistic way of treating and evaluating trauma, anxiety, and depression. We use progress monitoring data to keep track of symptoms and monitor the effectiveness of treatment.

We also provide 4 seasonal self-care events for staff to review and discuss burnout, and compassion fatigue, and get support from other therapists in the field.

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Psychologist for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be involved in a variety of duties including psychological evaluations, providing psychotherapy, and supervising doctoral trainees. An ideal candidate will be experienced in diagnosing and treating mental disorders affecting children and adolescents and will be able to communicate well with other professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Have a PhD/PsyD
• Must be Licensed in the State of New York
• Flexible schedule (both in person/remote)
• Be a leader in the discipline of Psychology.
