SENIOR FULL STACK ENGINEER

Planstin in St. George, UT is looking to hire a full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer to take our software products to the next level! This position is open to fully remote, hybrid, or in-person.

This position earns a competitive starting salary of $125,000 - $145,000 a year depending on experience in our technology stack. We offer unique benefits and perks that we create and administer ourselves as well as a supportive work environment with opportunities for advancement.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an amazing, yet simplified experience to our customers through web and mobile applications. You will work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, product managers, designers, and other software engineers to transform how the business interacts with customers and how customers interact with the business.

Some common activities in this role may include:

• Work within a team to solve complex business problems
• Actively participate in Scrum events such as daily standup, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Produce clean, efficient code
• Test and deploy software
• Fixing and improving existing software or architecture
• Communicate limitations related to platform capabilities
• Collaborate with the team on best practices and techniques
• Documentation per team agreement
• Mentor other software engineers

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer
• 5+ years of experience using a ReactJS w/NodeJS stack
• 2+ years of experience with AWS cloud services
• 2+ years of experience with database technologies
• Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
• Managing the end-to-end life cycle to produce software and applications
• Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs
• Excellent writing and communication skills
