The Job:
Global Supply Chain Strategy Office has mobilized a cross-functional business team to design, shape and execute a more innovative and customer focused strategy. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sr. Manager, Logistics Workstream lead to join the Global Supply Chain Strategy team. As a member of the Global Logistics Workstream team, this leader will play a pivotal role in delivering against the strategic and transformational agenda with a focus on leveraging new capabilities for growth.

As a Logistics Workstream Lead Senior Manager you will drive strategic transformational Logistics workstreams and projects in partnership with the Global Supply Chain and Business Unit leadership teams. You'll get to:

• Execute strategic initiatives on time and on cost, with minimum disruptions to the existing business.
• Execute robust governance models, project implementation, risk mitigation, and contingency plans.
• Effectively delegate project tasks to the appropriate owners
• Collaborate with internal team members to share best practices, methodology, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to communicate progress, risks, and escalations with the project teams as well as upwards in the organization.
• Collaborate with financial partners and Regional SC teams to monitor and track to financial targets and budgets for strategic initiatives.
  

The Person:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain or related business discipline required
• 7+ years of related experience is required with a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience across multiple Operations/ Supply Chain leadership roles or project / program management roles
• Strong analytical skills with high level of comfort with data; using data to provide insights to advice and influence business decisions
