Position Summary:
The Service advisor position is one of the most vital roles here at SimplyTRUE Auto Group. You are the person people look to with helping them solve their problems. You are their primary contact here and who they are entrusting with their investment into their vehicle. Sales and Profitability come in at a close second. As you know Sales and Customer service are tied directly together. We have 4.9+ star reviews on every medium and that is accomplished with above and beyond customer service and attention to detail. It is your role to establish lasting relationships with each and every one of our customers.

Previous Customer Service Experience
Previous sales experience
