Service Sales Representative

• Base annual pay of $45-60k plus monthly commission and potential quarterly bonuses, leading to significant pay opportunity.
• Commission program details will be provided upon successful interview.
• 5+ years working sales experience is desirable. Work or familiarity with auto, diesel, heavy trucks or equipment is also desirable.

In this position, you will be provided with a company-issued laptop, iPhone and your own office space in our Kapolei, Oahu office. Company will pay IRS-mileage reimbursement for business miles traveled using your personal vehicle. Occasional neighbor island or mainland travel may be required.

Your ability to understand customer concerns and work with our team to provide the best possible customer-service is key. Come prepared to consistently work a full 40-hour work week.

• Primary tasks include contacting various businesses in person and by phone to share our service & product offerings and to also learn about their needs.
• Our service technicians are highly-trained and the services we provide are needed by the businesses you will contact, so this is not a "cold calling" sales job.
• Goals for this position include: growing service volume for our repair shop, educating customers on how to use our online parts and service portals, assisting creation of basic promotional offerings for our parts and service business,
• Supporting sales team, transporting coworkers to pick up vehicles, and various tasks as assigned.
• Efficient use of email, google, Microsoft Word and general website use is important. Social media (IG, FB, etc) familiarity is beneficial but not necessary.
• Ability to learn basic use of various web-based tools will also be utilized in this position.

Must be a licensed driver and have a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance. Pre-employment background screening will include drug test and driving abstract.
