We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, making employee work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that customer service standards are met. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, be organized and detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Working weekends is a must.
