Shipping Coordinator

  • Coordinate shipment logistics and paperwork for specified customers in a fast-paced, high shipment volume via truckload, LTL, and small pack (parcel) environment.
  • Monitor shipment delivery performance.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Service staff to meet and improve levels of customer service.
  • At direction of management, work closely with other departments to establish procedures and processes that ensure Northern Labs is efficiently meeting customers’ shipping requirements.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts.
  • Monitor finished good inventory.
