FUNCTION
This position is responsible for the day to day cleanliness of all housing sites, including but not limited to facilities and maintenance, and overall support of the housing sites. They are responsible for ensuring that the facilities are consistent with overall standards and best practices.
TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
Dispose of trash and empty trash receptacles- Clean facilities by sweeping and washing garbage areas
- Monthly pressure washing of the garbage area
- keep the building and grounds clean and neat, in a safe manner that meets company standards
- Identify and report the need for sanitation supplies
- Prioritize immediate cleaning needs, such as spills, to ensure safety and comfort of staff and visitors
- Move and dispose of bulk items, as needed
- Pick up and disbursements of cleaning supplies
- Removal of snow/leaves and salting pavement
- Assist with additional assignments as necessary to program operations
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

[ ] Undergraduate Degree
[ ] Masters Degree
HS Diploma/GED preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Valid/Clean NYS Driver’s License (with no points) required. Basic Computer Skills required.
QUALIFICATION NEEDED
A minimum of one year of maintenance experience preferred. Must possess and maintain a good driving record. Must be able to lift at least fifty (50) pounds.- Ability to work independently in the absence of a supervisor.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion for a long period of time.
