Software Support Technician Job at Pomodo
JOB SUMMARY:
The main objective of a Software Support Technician is to support customer's software and hardware mostly via telephone and remote software.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Continually practice and learn all aspects of the software and hardware sold
· Take tech support calls and assist customers with software and hardware issues
· Periodically travel to customer sites, regionally, to fix any issues that could not be addressed over the phone or remotely (company vehicle provided when travel is required)
· Ensure that all support tickets are being handled properly and in a timely manner
· Configure computer systems for new customers
· Import Menus and Inventory
· Install systems at customer sites
· Be in an on-call rotation
· Follow all company standards including job specific standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
