Sr Manager, Sales Systems, Tools and Reporting Job at The Coca-Cola Company
The Sr Sales Systems, Tools and Reporting role will lead the development, training and day-to-day functionality of the Warehouse RTM sales systems, tools, and reporting to drive operational effectiveness across the United States and Canada. This position will support cross functional activities across Commercial, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Platform Services, Supply Chain and Third Parties that drive empowerment, quick decision making, continuity of reporting and data integrity for the Warehouse RTM. The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following: Cas TPM, SAP TPM, JUNO, Power BI Reporting, Matrix Reporting, Curio Reporting, MS Tools and SharePoint.
Act as expert user of system and tools to facilitate day-to-day operations across the cross functional teams: IT, Sales, Brokers, Finance, Platform Services, Commercial
Oversight of daily operations with IT deployment teams and business partners ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met
Tracks, monitors, and manages progress against key milestones related to system performance, defect resolution, enhancements, and accuracy
Accountable for daily routines designed to resolve issues and enhance user performance
Be an integrated partner with cross-functional teams to identify new or improvement opportunities for system and/or process improvements
Responsible for day-to-day operation, functionality, and coherency of Data Processing Technology (Data Lake) that supports sales and commercial teams
Lead group in designing reporting to advance standardization of business analysis outputs across the cross functional teams: Sales, Finance, Commercial
Act as expert of CAS TPM Technology and understand the implications from interactions with other internal systems (SAP, Oracle, 3rd party data lakes etc.)
Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership areas to modernize or process improvement to enhance system productivity and engagement
Attend industry initiatives to remain knowledgeable of best practices and trends

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 4-5 years of CPG industry and/or Sales Tools and Reporting experience.
Ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end knowledge of sales & sales systems, policy management, and operations experience.
Technical Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of CPG industry business systems and the back-shop processes to support and maintain the business.
Familiarity with key data systems: Planning & forecasting tools (e.g. Matrix, Transformer/TPM, CAS, Power BI, Analyze in Excel); financial & sales reporting (SAP, Oracle); performance management & execution metrics; Microsoft Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Client Relationship: Ability to foster relationships across multiple functional teams.
