Christy's Liquors is a family-owned wine & spirits store in Cranston, RI. We are looking for full-time and part-time managers, motivated to work together as a team to provide the best experience possible to our customers.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join Christy's Liquors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, a passion for customer service, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategies to increase sales and profits, and ensuring that all customer service standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate staff to ensure that customer service is of the highest standard.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure that all store operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Ability to receive deliveries accurately.
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures.
- Great communication and knowledge of product.
- Must be able to lift and consistently move 45lbs (a case of liquor/beer)
