Student Worker 1 Job at UCLA Health
The Hispanic Neuropsychiatric Center of Excellence is looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and responsible individual to provide administrative support to our program staff. The student worker will prepare sensitive and confidential documents, mailings, filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, etc. Additional tasks include updating several databases, maintaining schedules, and working on specifically assigned projects as needed.
1. Ability to assist with data entry for research studies.
2. Ability to interact appropriately and congenially with all staff, faculty, students, patients and the public at all times.
3. Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with direction and pay attention to detail.
4. High level ability in the use of a PC using all Windows applications.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality in the strictest sense.
6. Flexibility to move from task to another based on interruptions and changing priorities.
