Job Description
The Certified Surgical Technician Lead position is a health team member that participates in the effort of pristine care of the patient in the OR. The position also exhibits attitude, work ethics, and surgical protocols that are in accordance with Bravera policies. The CST Lead also helps the surgical department in the outer aspects that help surgical team members and surgeons provide proficient care of the patient.

Job Summary:
The Certified Surgical Technician Lead position is a health team member that participates in the effort of pristine care of the patient in the OR. The CST Lead also helps the surgical department in the outer aspects that help surgical team members and surgeons provide proficient care of the patient.
Education: High School graduate, GED or 5 years relevant experience required. Graduate from a Surgical Tech program required.
Experience: None
Licenses/Certifications: Surgical Tech Certification required BLS certification required.
