Surveillance Tech - Part Time Job at Rural King Supply
Overview:
Surveillance Techs are vital members of the Loss Prevention team who utilize technology with critical thinking to provide security for Rural King’s assets.
Responsibilities:
- Watch CCTV camera systems for occurrences of theft, productivity issues, security policy violations, and safe working/shopping environments
- Use specialized reports to review financial transactions and to identify discrepancies in a retail environment
- Review video footage of significant events and provide details to management, human resources, and/or law enforcement
- Support stores and customers with questions about store policies
- May be required to cross train and perform other duties
- Use general office equipment.
- Frequently operate keyboard to enter in information.
- Sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Verbally communicate effectively with others (in-person and via electronic devices).
- Be proficient with Windows-based computers
- Possess an excellent attention span and eye for detail
- Possess very good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to participate in our online applicant and new hire onboarding process remotely
- Ability to complete computer-based training
