Description:Selectee will serve as project manager for the System Integration and Test team of the C2BMC Test Engineering Organization located at the MDIOC, Schriever SFB, CO. SYSINT project manager will be responsible for coordination of SYSINT personnel and C2BMC system resources to ensure SYSINT team is able to support test and integration of C2BMC system.

System Integration and Test (SYSINT) team's responsibilities include:
  • Integrate the C2BMC software into the C2BMC test suites at the MDIOC and the operational customer sites (e.g. NORTHCOM, PACOM, STRATCOM, EUCOM, CENTCOM)
  • Develop site and event specific configurations to support test and system events
  • Work with the MDIOC Delivery Order personnel to resolve test lab issues
  • Work with C2BMC O&M personnel to resolve installation and processing issues at the customer sites
  • Create and modify scripts to extract specific information from log files
  • Perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data
  • Troubleshoot both test and operational issues, document test results, prepare and present test status
  • Author spiral and build-level test plan documents
  • Create JIRA Problem Reports to document issues
  • Assist the Development ARTs with the investigation and resolution of issues
  • Work with the O&M to provide familiarization of spiral release software capabilities and issues
  • Develop troubleshooting procedures and work-around documents
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures to test C2BMC in an integrated environment or to test specific capabilities
  • Plan and lead integration tests with external elements and sensors
  • Review and provide feedback of system specifications, development, test, network documents
  • Travel to customer sites (e.g. NORTHCOM, PACOM, STRATCOM, EUCOM, CENTCOM) and contractor sites as required.

Some travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites may be required.

TS clearance is required to gain access to COCOM facilities, so must be able to attain one after hire.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in engineering, mathematics, physics, or related field from an accredited college with 9+ years of experience or equivalent
  • DoDI 8570 certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+, SSCP)
  • Final Security Clearance is Required

  • Knowledge and experience in development and execution of integration plan and procedure
  • Knowledge and experience in systems integration including network and application software for a system of systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Knowledge/expertise in the C2BMC concept of operations, domain, and user interface
Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with Java and object oriented development a plus.
  • Experience as a Linux and Windows system administrator a plus
  • Experience with VMWare and VM Horizon a plus
  • Experience with IA policies and procedures a plus
  • Good communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with software developers, system administrators, and analysis and test engineers.
  • Project management experience with staffing and budgeting to balance and prioritize team execution
  • Hands on experience with DoD integration processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies, test methodologies/terminology, and automated test tools
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with familiarity with Agility and JIRA is desired

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $100,400 - $192,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
