We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to manage our Talent Acquisition Process across the U.S. You will partner with our Hiring Managers, Human Resources and Leadership team to develop creative solutions for attracting, sourcing, qualifying and hiring top talent for Trescal. This is a remote position and can be located anywhere within the contiguous United States.

Job Duties:

  • Partner with our hiring managers to develop strategies and manage the full life cycle talent process including sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and on-boarding.
  • Manage the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Directly Manage 1 FT Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Manager contract Recruiters (as needed)
  • Provide relevant industry and market data needed to design sourcing strategies
  • Source candidates using job boards, social networks, referrals and other creative resources
  • Participate in the interview and selection process to match job applicants’ qualifications with the organizations' needs
  • Become a subject matter expert on Trescal’s business and offerings in order to communicate effectively to candidates
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable company, state and federal policies, laws and regulations
  • Monitor and drive performance ensuring KPI's are met
  • Responsible for reporting on key recruitment metrics.
Requirements:

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a full life cycle recruiter (prior experience in a technical service industry - a plus!)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills allowing you to successfully build rapport with candidates and work collaboratively with hiring managers
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel) and prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Willingness to travel, as needed, to company locations, job fairs, etc.
