Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Duties and Responsibilities:*

• Non remote. Required position at our headquarters here in Boise.
• Recruit, screen, and hire talented individuals who will support our company’s growth goals
• Screen and identify talent based on qualifications and company culture while remaining compliant with all EEOC guidelines
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner
• Hiring for distribution associates, delivery drivers, sales reps, and office support staff
• Sourcing candidates from multiple platforms
• Track and report on recruiting related metrics
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Gathering competitive market data and present information to drive business decisions
• Monday - Friday, normal office hours
• $18 - 20 per hour

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*

• 2-4 years of relevant TA experience
• Experience with successful hiring including recruiting, interviewing, and retention
• Approachable, flexible, collaborative self-starter with a passion for organization, policies, and procedures
• Able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Exceptional ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients while providing high levels of service by communicating clear and timely responses to issues, requests, problems, and regular reporting
• Able to work independently while functioning as a member of a team through communication and engagement in self-directed resourcefulness
