THE ROLE:
AG’s Talent Team is looking to add an enthusiastic, meticulously organized, and thoughtful Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our day-to-day Recruitment operation. You are the key to delivering an excellent candidate experience and you will become an integral team member within a transparent, high-performance, 100% remote (yet still close-knit) culture. AG is in hyper-growth mode, and this master of multitasking will ensure the talent process runs smoothly, all those involved have a memorable experience, and the process is made better every day.
This individual will have the opportunity to play a hands-on role in building not only the AG global workforce, but also the critical Talent function behind a company positioned at the future of health and wellness. Helping millions of people lead healthier lives every day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support the global Talent Acquisition team and various global AG hiring teams on full-cycle coordination across all departments and levels in the business.
- Own the interview scheduling process and candidate experience from initial candidate contact to offer or rejection; become an expert in navigating a high volume of scheduling across many different time zones and competing calendars.
- Develop supportive and trusting relationships with all hiring managers.
- Confirm interview panel hiring team members; add to backend in applicant tracking system.
- Schedule all internal meetings between Talent Team members & Hiring Team Members; this includes kick-off calls, hiring team huddles, touch-base meetings throughout each search, etc.
- Join every internal meeting to take thorough and detailed notes; ensure all notes are shared with the proper hiring team members.
- Communicate and confirm interview details to candidates and hiring team members; ensuring that they have all of the necessary information.
- Act as the primary point-of-contact on interview days for both the candidate and interviewers; professionally and efficiently handling all scheduling changes and other hiccups along the way.
- Coordinate all pre-interview steps for each hiring team.
- Manage posting and real-time updates for all job postings via both internal and external job boards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activity within our applicant tracking system.
- Set up interview evaluation scorecards; evaluate and adjust if necessary.
- Redesign job descriptions to be more effective, compelling, and gender and diversity inclusive.
- Manage recruitment email templates across a variety of specific situations requiring thoughtful and effective communication.
- Contact and collect all professional references at each candidate’s offer stage.
- Once a role has been filled, assist with the transition of each new hire to AG’s onboarding stage.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment support function.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to manage calendars and troubleshoot interview issues.
- An energetic, fast-paced, warm and approachable personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills, impeccable written communication, and A+ organizational skills.
- Resourcefulness - you enjoy experimentation and independent creative problem solving.
- Comfort, confidence, and competence to communicate with all levels of management.
- Strong desire to wear many hats and grow quickly in recruiting.
- Past experience in a startup or world-class tech company.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
- A highly collaborative nature with ability to work across multiple functions and departments.
- The interest in being a helpful teammate and listener; a passion in producing the best outcome for the good of the team.
- Flexibility with change based on changing circumstances and feedback.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced growth environment, including dealing with ambiguity, shifting priorities and rapid iteration.

Athletic Greens is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $45,000 - $65,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
