TAX PARTNER/MANAGER Job at Flowers, Rieger & Associates, PLLC
Tucson CPA firm has an immediate need for a tax manager who would like to become a partner by April 30, 2023 for a 10 person highly profitable, primarily tax practice. Candidate will take over clients and manage a book of business of approximately $750K. Strong communications skills with the ability to work with various clients and a style that is educational and supportive as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills and detail and deadline-oriented is desired.
Firm is well established (founded in 1984) and is growing while being respected and active in the community.
We offer competitive salaries up to $200K plus and bonuses for new client development as well as tax season bonuses, group health insurance, 401(k) with a 5% company contribution, paid holidays, vacation and complete reimbursement of all CPA related expenses.
