You'll join a progression focused culture that offers a lot of flexibility. You can work on a hybrid basis. If in audit you'll need to go and see your clients but other than that you can work remotely.
You'll be entitled to their market leading vacation policy and during busy season you will be expected to work 55-60 hours absolute MAXIMUM. You won't be working on Saturdays and during summer you get Fridays off.
