- TEA SPECIALIST
Churchill’s Fine Teas Cincinnati-based, family-owned, and operated tea retailer, with the largest selection of loose leaf tea in the Midwest. Established Cincinnati, OH in 2003.
· Inspire and educate customers about tea
· Provide an exceptional customer experience
· Build and sharing tea knowledge
· Maintain highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness at all times
· Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and store environment
TASKS
· Greet and engage customers, fill customer orders
· Answer customer questions and provide recommendations
· Keep the store clean, tidy, restocked, and organized (front, back, bathroom, etc.)
· Weekly store tasks
· Follow policy and procedures for inventory
