One of our national partner's are seeking a Cash Analyst (hired on temp to perm basis) to support their growing, multi-entity organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has experience with accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile banking accounts to Point of Sale system for daily deposits for over 1,000 offices and send notifications of any discrepancies or missing deposits.
• Reconcile company operating accounts daily.
• Ensure cash management related items are recorded into General Ledger system.
• Review monthly account analysis statements for large variances and investigate with financial institutions.
• Work with various financial institutions (Banks, Credit Card Processors and third part lenders) to investigate adjustments and discrepancies.
• Interact with Office Manager and Patient Service Representatives to answer inquiries, investigate out of balance conditions, NSF checks.
• Support reorder of deposit supplies such as deposit tickets, stamps, deposit bags.

Requirements:

• Associates degree OR minimum of 2 years of experience with accounting functions.
• Computer proficiency; MS Office Suite but specifically with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain flexible, changing pace when workflow demands.
• Exhibits teamwork and a collaborative work ethic with colleagues and vendor-partners.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn new processes and programs as the job and company evolve.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and employee privacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting high-volume customer service operations.
• Experience with cash management or banking operations.
• Familiarity with General Ledger systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
