Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have MS Office product experience
- Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or an equivalent level of education; Associate degree preferred
- Have at least 2 years of prior business environment work experience
- 1+years of supervisory experience desired
- Have attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy skill set
- Submission of a pre-employment background check
About the Role

As a Transaction Processing Associate IV, you will be responsible for:
- Applying Unit Specific SLA's.
- Plans, organizes, directs, and controls transaction processing operations with provider enrollment team.
- May meet with Client to determine needs, solicit feedback on service levels and implement solutions to address issues.
- Analyzes workflow and assignments to ensure operations run efficiently.
- Serve as escalation point for any Provider issues to assure timely resolution and communicate to Provider Relations Manager any escalations that can't be resolved.
- Collaborates with the NH Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to achieve and maintain open communications regarding provider enrollment team tasks and responsibilities.
- Participate in systems and operational improvements – updating desktop procedures manuals when applicable.
- Provides the Enrollment Manager and other Conduent Management staff with dashboard report that demonstrate the performance and production of the PES staff related to managing volumes of open tasks
- Develops and implements process and/or operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
