Who
we’re looking for:

As we develop Edible 2.0, we are looking for a leader to help us find incredible entrepreneurs that want to be part of the freshest idea in franchising. The Vice President of Franchise Development will be responsible for all franchise sales activity related to the development of new and resale Edible Arrangements stores in the United States and Canada. You will serve as a key contributor and driver of global strategic growth initiatives by identifying international opportunities. This role has a critical impact on overall company revenue and profitability as well as being a key driver in our brand’s continued development.

How
you’ll make an impact:
  • Oversee, drive, and achieve Franchise Sales Goals while managing the process from initial contact to the signing of new investors/franchisees.
  • Oversee all phases of growth and development which includes, but not limited to crafting Go-To- Market Strategy for new and existing geographies, real estate oversite, Area Development, Master Franchise, franchise renewals, transfers, etc.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with investors from the financial community.
  • Drive pipeline of qualified franchisee candidates for Single, Multi-Unit Sales and Area/Territory Development.
  • Ensure team structure and capability match the evolving needs of the business to meet growth goals.
  • Craft and adjust Real Estate Strategy to ensure the company meets/exceeds all revenue and profitability goals.
  • Create and manage all franchise relationships in and out of the organization. This will include attending relevant conventions, expos, etc. to remain current.
  • Continuously evaluate business processes and procedures to maximize the growth potential of the organization.

What we think
you’re like:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related field, with 8 to 10 years of progressive experience.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Objective-oriented self-starter with the independence, initiative, and drive to succeed with a flexible, can-do approach to strategic planning and problem solving.
  • Excellent negotiation skills: familiar with all aspects of franchise sales and development processes, multi-unit acquisitions and divestitures with ability to work across functions.
  • Restaurant, quick service, or hospitality franchise sales experience/ background A proven track record of demonstrated sales success in the franchise sales industry
  • Proven ability to represent EAI brand with the utmost level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Prior experience understanding and relating to numerous Franchise Partners
  • A passion for EAI’s purpose, products, people, and promise to WOW!
  • Experience in all aspects of the franchise sales industry including marketing and lead generation activities
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Solid computer software skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
