Job Summary

Livingood’s Appliance, Savannah’s largest independent home appliance store is seeking a skilled, dependable, and safety conscious Warehouse Associate. We are looking for a candidate that is available immediately.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise.
• Forklift/ Squeeze Clamp/ Reach Truck Operation
• Pulling and staging products for delivery
• Maintaining the organization of the warehouse area.

• Assisting in others areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Physical ability to move large, bulky appliances.

• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

• Forklift, Reach Truck, and/or Clamp operation experience is desired.

• Prior warehouse and receiving experience is desired.

• Valid driver's license

• Must be able to successfully complete the pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background check.

• Ability to work a schedule based on business needs (Monday-Saturday).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including written correspondence.

• Good organization, time-management and customer service skills.
