NOTE: This position is NOT Remote. This role will be onsite in our Concord Warehouse Monday - Friday.

Our Warehouse Shipping and Receiving team member receives, inspects and records shipments; unloads packages and inspects the contents to ensure accuracy of ordered items and quality control of incoming product. Packing outbound shipments per request; ensuring items ordered are packed in a secure manner to with stand the rigors of transportation and delivery are also part of this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Unload packages from incoming trucks and delivery vehicles and signing for accepted deliveries; recording package counts. Verifying contents match packing slips and receive against PO's in the inventory management system. Inspecting quality of items received; ensuring damage, miss-shipped, incorrect and missing items are reported to the vendor for correction Receiving inventory transfers from other sites as needed
• Labeling deliveries and allocating to the designated staging/holding area. Putting away stock and Expense items ordered in to maintain available and ready stock
• Assisting with warehouse 5S (Sort, Set In order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) and upkeep of warehouse. Supporting other areas/positions in warehouse as needed; purchasing, driving, service, etc
• Processing returns for items from stock that have or are getting ready to expire, items ordered for jobs that were not used, not needed, miss-ordered, damaged or not in proper working condition; working with vendors and techs to ensure proper returns are processed and RMA's obtained
• Processing outbound shipments by ensuring: correct materials match to the shipping request, product and materials are properly packaged for transportation, freight has been recorded correctly for domestic transportation, shipping has been scheduled if not on a regular pick up schedule

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Will need to pass a forklift certification class and on hand testing
• Proficient computer skills, including MS office suite(Excel, Outlook, Word, power point)
• Good eye for detail and basic math skills
• Valid CA Drivers License
• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds
