As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management
• Plan, organize, and manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse facility, equipment, and machinery.
• Implement inventory control measures to maintain accurate stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and improve order accuracy.
• Drive material to work sites when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
