The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and movement of products. This person will oversee the work of a team of warehouse workers, ensuring that they are following standard operating procedures and meeting productivity targets. To be successful in the role, one must have strong leadership and communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. In addition, this role may require a flexible schedule to accommodate varying business needs, including weekends and evenings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse workers, such as loading/unloading containers, receiving, sorting and storing, picking/pulling product, tagging, and building pallets.
• Ensuring that all goods received are properly documented, inspected, and stored in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
• Planning and assigning work to team members to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
• Training and mentoring new team members and ensuring that all team members are properly trained on warehouse policies and procedures.
• Working with the Inventory Control team to maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe, organized at all times, and compliance with all safety regulations are met.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Forklift certification a plus.
• Currently reside on Kauai.
