The Business Systems Analyst will have the primary responsibility for providing functional and technical expertise, drive efficiency and deliver repeatable solutions to align with our overall Financial Technology roadmap. The role will work closely with our Accounting business partners to ensure requirements analysis, design, and configuration and testing. This person will also have the opportunity to work on special projects including working with the wider Salesforce Business Technology team to facilitate M&A activities and integrations. What you'll do Partner with Controllership and technical teams to define and develop requirements, re-engineer and document current processes and any changes in Workday Financials Provide functional and technical Workday expertise which includes system enhancements and improvements as well as other strategic initiatives Lead in-depth analysis of the Workday revenue management and lend deep subject matter expertise to solve issues and design processes to increase operational efficiency through automation Responsible for the communication, maintenance, and administration in support of ongoing Financials Technology projects Assist with generating documentation around business decisions and processes Create a focused customer service function with the goal of producing a seamless, excellent user experience for all users and partners Maintain data security and integrity in our finance systems by regularly analyzing and auditing data Who you are Strong experience supporting Workday Financials Salesforce experience is preferred Experience with Quote to Cash preferred Strong hands-on experience working with subscription billing and revenue recognition tools Possess a strong ability to elicit requirements from both business and technical stakeholders Experience in troubleshooting or architecting integrations between systems Positive problem solver who loves the challenge of advancing customer service beyond the status quo Superior verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization Skills & Technologies Workday Financials, Mulesoft / Workato, Stripe, Salesforce CRM, Snowflake, Tax engines viz. SureTax / OneSource / Vertex , Revenue recognition software viz. RevPro
