We have several office locations: one in the rolling hills of Brentwood, TN, another in the beautiful Florida Panhandle area of Miramar Beach, and a third in the mountains of Salt Lake City, Utah. This is an on-site, in-the-office, be-around-other-humans position. The dress code is pretty relaxed; wear whatever you feel comfortable in. This position will be located in our Brentwood, TN office.
We are currently searching for an Accessibility Product Specialist. The Accessibility Product Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and sharing feedback regarding digital content and websites; providing ongoing education to clients and OMNICOMMANDER employees as it relates to WCAG guidelines; and delivering audits and reports on an as needed basis. This person will interact with OMNICOMMANDER clients and employees across multiple communication channels regarding various software, virtual services, and assigned projects. They should be capable of handling multiple incoming requests for information, maintain a high level of organization, and be comfortable leading presentations and managing data.

The successful candidate will:
Offer quick and accurate assistance to clients and internal stakeholders
Have strong attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
Have a process improvement mindset

Have strong written and verbal communications skills

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Regularly provides maintenance of services, including document remediation and performing accessibility audits and tests on websites and digital content
Lead company and client trainings to provide education and resources
Keep a solution-forward mindset in order to identify opportunities and make recommendations based on WCAG guidelines and optimal user experience
Be the subject matter expert regarding accessibility in order to answer questions, be a solutions consultant and provide effective feedback
Provide administrative support, including managing data, building reports, and building presentations
Respond to client questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
Works directly with the Client Experience and Project Management teams
Communicate effectively and professionally with vendors and other third-party entities
Promotes interest in OMNICOMMANDER products and services
Consistently achieves established standards of the position
Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
What you need for this role:
Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills- including written and verbal
Upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
Ability to compose professional emails
Has comfort working within a CMS and SaaS related interface.
Familiarity with using screen reader technology, color contrast tools, and accessibility testing tools
Has the CPACC credential or can attain the CPACC credential within 12 months of hire
Has the ADS credential or can attain the ADS credential within 12 months of hire
