Who are you? What we’re looking for:
Dalia is looking for an experienced SaaS Account Executive to join our fast-growing team to bring new customers onto our platform. The person in this role will be a critical early member of our Sales team, so we are prioritizing experience, independence, creativity, and the desire to pursue new business. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in full-cycle solution-based SaaS sales. Today, our amazing Sales Development team members help generate appointments for our Account Executives.
In this role, you will:
- Bring new customers onto Dalia's platform by managing a full sales cycle using a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Self-source deals, as needed, to meet quarterly quotas
- Conduct customized powerful product demos that show solutions to prospect’s pain points
- Keep the CRM (Hubspot) up-to-date
- Forecast likelihood to close and other metrics to help predict new business
- Be an ambassador of Dalia, someone who reflects our care for job seekers and the impact an enhanced candidate experience can have on employer hiring
- Act as an expert with prospects who may not be familiar with Dalia
- Build rapport with your prospects through potentially long enterprise sales cycles
And you are:
- Excited to work remotely
- Have 3+ years of success in full cycle SaaS sales roles, with experience selling to multiple stakeholders at Mid-market to Enterprise companies, ideally in the recruitment tech space
- A professional with a track record hitting quota and proven upward mobility in previous roles
- Someone who takes great pride in their work
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Experienced in closing business through a consultative relationship-driven approach
- Creative, curious, and driven to stay productive and organized
- Enthusiastic, optimistic, and human in your approach to work
- A team player who understands we are most successful when we win together
