· Applied behavior analysis: 1 year

· Registered Behavior Technician (Preferred)

Who we are:

The Speech Tree is a multidisciplinary center that offers Speech, Occupational, Physical, and ABA therapy to children with a variety of disorders and delays. Our therapists work together to provide services that treat the whole child as well as promote family involvement for a total team approach.

The Speech Tree Therapy Center is founded on the principle that each child is an individual and requires a therapy plan that is specialized and parent-driven. Family education and involvement are key factors in a child’s success, therefore family members are invited to actively participate in treatment. Choosing the right therapist is one of the most important decisions that a parent can make for their child. We are dedicated to providing the most effective therapy, while creating a fun environment for your child.

ABA Therapy is offered in our centers in Morganville, Monroe and Princeton as well as in-home in Mercer, Middlesex and Monmouth Counties.

An Ideal Candidate:

· A Branch Above is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic ABA therapists to join our team of talented therapists!

· The candidate must have at least 1 year+ experience working with children and adults on the autism spectrum (ASD)

· Must be able to work both at the center and home

· After school/ evening availability

· Must have a solid understanding of the basic principles of applied behavioral analysis (ABA)

· Access to reliable transportation

· Commitment to working a flexible schedule

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
