We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to fill the position of Part-time Airport Kiosk Supervisor. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our airport kiosk, covering team member breaks, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that employees are performing their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the work of kiosk employees
• Ensure that kiosk is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and place orders as necessary
• Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing procedures and reconciling cash drawers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning/late night shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
