Job Summary:

We are seeking an Asset Management Specialist to oversee our company's assets, including equipment, technology, and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, maintaining, and optimizing the use of these assets to ensure that they are being used efficiently and effectively. The Asset Management Specialist will work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & updating of records for all inventory movements including inbound, outbound, and storage items
• To assist overall site operations of delivery & collection of goods
• Managing store inventory records
• Perform physical inbound receiving and outbound shipment packing
• Sort Delivery Orders from vendors/suppliers and verify against purchase orders.
• Coordinate and arrange all logistics courier/freight services and maintain proper housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Supporting Return-to-Vendor (RTV) request
• Ensure purchase orders are received timely in systems and sales orders are fulfilled before goods movement
• Conduct quarterly inventory count of the warehouse items
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience
• Meticulous and possess a positive attitude
• Good sense of urgency
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Flexible and adaptable
• Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Excel

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Hillsboro, OR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
