This is an onsite position that is responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties and customer support functions for commercial accounts. You will be handling the day-to-day client needs and make sure all vehicles are accounted for in inventory and follow the process of pre and post-sale functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gains familiarity with standard Business Services standards and practices within a specific function or specialty area. Has good working knowledge of commercial processes, computer systems etc.
• Handles basic pre-sale and post-sale reporting. Can work with redemption paperwork and schedule appointments
• Work under supervision and may be paired with more experienced teammate to derive solutions and meet client expectations.
• With guidance, performs specific duties relating to some or all of the following: Process administration - Office administration - handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, performing data entry, supporting meetings and conferences
• Engages with team members, allied teams, customers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely communication and task completion.
• Ensures adherence to established company and regulatory policies and guidelines.
• Maintains organization of assigned desk/work area and filing important client documents
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Generally, less than 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
