Position Specific Information (if Applicable):
Responsibilities:
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Respond to telephone calls, routes calls, assists staff, school personnel and community in regards to questions and concerns. Provide information to department staff through group emails.
- Update annual application/registration documents for Early Childhood Education Programs, review, and notify families of placement options ( to include Colorado Preschool Program and general education).
- Manage Kronos system for targeted staff. Duties to include record keeping, submitting to payroll, and communicating attendance issues to Leadership Team OR Enter child data into IC, to include household information, health information and immunization history.
- Maintain class/program rosters under the direction of ECE Leadership.
- Perform clerical support including: composing and editing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and photocopying.
- Assist with the development of various projects and special events.
- Assist in training and orientation for new department staff.
- Process various purchase orders, vouchers, invoices, supply and material inventories.
