Schedule: 8 hours/ Day shift/ Mon - Fri

The Client and Field Liaison is responsible for interfacing with clients, contractors, and internal team members in both phone and e-mail interactions. The position develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. www.signaturecompanies.com Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: · Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with Clients, Contractors, and internal team members.· Maintaining a pleasant demeanor and commitment to service; this position serves as the first point of contact for Clients thus setting the tone of the experience.· Processing help/ status requests by email and telephone.· Actively listening to needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions.· Assisting team members with administrative duties, as needed.· Referring & delegating inquiries to appropriate team members.· Monitor cases to ensure completion by specified due dates.· Redirecting Client challenges and complaints to management as needed.· Strong emphasis on following up on tasks/ requests through completion.· Establishing and maintaining professional Client relationships.· Performing accurate company-required record keeping.· Efficient and consistent communication skills.· Informing Clients of anticipated delays and any additional information needed, documenting communications in company platforms for transparency to all team members.· Following-up on requests to ensure delivery is achieved by set deadlines.· Compiling statistics and preparing various reports for management, as needed· Performing other duties as assigned Requirements / Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): · High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college degree preferred.· Prior experience in the insurance inspection industry required. · Excellent oral/written communication skills· Excellent customer relationship skills· Positive and enthusiastic personality· Excellent organization skills· Proficient in MS Office· Ability to multi-task· Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors.· Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
