We are currently hiring for Compounders for a salad dressing company located in Irwindale, CA!
Position: Compounder
Job location: Irwindale, CA
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 1st Shift:5:30am-2:00PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM
Job Details:
- Obtain daily schedule and prepare for production.
- Prepare and label bags and containers.
- Inspect and calibrate weighing scale to insure accuracy. Inspect all equipment for cleanliness.
- Weigh each ingredient based on raw material sheet and place in box.
- Write lot number of each ingredient on the raw material sheet. Initial each ingredient.
- Ensure all ingredients are in stock. Ensure raw materials, weights and numbers are correct and meet specifications
- Set up weighers with ingredients.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Food production exp. a plus
