Corporate Paralegal
The Contracts Paralegal is responsible for reviewing and managing legal documents (including, without limitation, commercial contracts for goods and services, real estate leases and other related documents). This position may also be tasked to perform limited drafting and revisions of template-based agreements, along with documentation of internal standard operating procedures. In addition to the members of the Legal Department, the Contracts Paralegal may work on projects and request involving other departments within the Company.
This is a full-time position, currently on a hybrid basis, based out of our Diamond Bar, CA headquarters. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; however, limited evening and weekends may occasionally be required.Essential Functions

  • Review and abstract commercial terms from various commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, service agreements, and statements of work.
  • Organize, manage and update internal templates for contracts and other legal documents.
  • Organize, manage and optimize the contract database system using the Icertis CLM platform and shared network drives.
  • Document and manage internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Efficiently format documents and conduct document comparisons.
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking spreadsheets to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Compile and prepare documents and exhibits for wet or digital signature.
  • Support Legal department leadership for corporate and commercial special projects as needed.
  • On an as-needed basis, provide administrative support to members of the Legal Department, as well as assist with miscellaneous legal department projects
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • This position will be a direct report to the Director of Legal Affairs and will be a dotted line report to the Sr. Director of Legal Affairs.
