Job Summary:
An award-winning communications company has an immediate need to fill a key position in Processing Data for USPS Mailing, Variable Data Formatting and Navigating USPS rules and regulations.
They are looking for a Data Specialist who has an eye for detail, good communication skills, and is very thorough. You must be flexible, methodical and be able to problem solve for both clients and co-workers.
An ideal candidate needs to be results-driven, passionate, and exhibit an excellent work ethic.
Requirements:
- Able to analyze data for details and accuracy both pre and post processing.
- Proficient in BCC Mail Manager Software or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
- Experience with United States Postal Service rules and regulations
- Experience with Variable Data setup and programming.
- Must work well in fast paced, deadline oriented, team environment.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Excels at time management and is organized and detail oriented.
- Requires proofreading to ensure everything is correct.
This position requires 2 – 4 years’ experience. Experience will be verified.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
