Developer Job at RMI
Definition:
The Developer role will design and code the features and customizations required for the RMI ADVANTAGE product and our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Code features or customizations using Microsoft C/SIDE language into the RMI ADVANTAGE software for product or our customers
- Troubleshoot and remedy any system bugs
- Work with the Client Services Team to troubleshoot customer issues
- Assist Product Team to implement and test new features
- Upgrade existing customer databases to the latest versions of RMI ADVANTAGE as they become available
- Advise other team members and other departments on implementations of new features or customizations
- Use other technologies such as Mobile Devices, Web Portal and SQL reporting, to integrate with RMI ADVANTAGE for the benefit of the product or our customers
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships within the team and other departments
- Must maintain active and current version Microsoft Dynamics NAV certifications
Requirements:
- Able to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
- Excellent organizational, time-management & prioritization skills
- Able to interact effectively and positively with all organizational levels
- Self-directed individual with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor at all times
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, Access, Visual Studio, SQL Reporting Studio helpful, experience with MS Dynamics NAV is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related experience
