Warrensburg Manor Care Center is looking for a Dietary Manager who is dedicated to excellent team leadership and food presentation.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a team leader with a desire to deliver high-quality dietary services with a solid track record of excellent performance in the areas of food service, employee recruitment and retention, and positive community relations.
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Job Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the day-to-day dietary operations that is delivered to the residents.
- Works collaboratively with Management and facility team members to ensure high-quality services are consistently being delivered.
- Follows established regulations mandated by the state, CMS, and policies/procedures established by the facility.
- Must be pleasant, respectful and courteous to resident, families, visitors and fellow employees at all times.
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Requirements:
- Dietary/Food Service
- Management experience
- Customer service experience
- Must have or obtain ServSafe Certificate with 90 days
- CDM may be acquired within the first year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
