Our client located in the Atlanta/Perimeter area is looking for personable and professional Customer Service Representatives to join their growing organization! This job is fully in office the first 90 days and after a hybrid schedule is available!
These openings start on a temp to perm basis
Location: Dunwoody/Perimeter
Hours: Flexible work hours and shift options
Salary: $20-$22/HR
Duties:
- Practice great communication at all times with clients and vendors via telephone, email and chat.
- Work directly with management to ensure clients needs are met
- Handles changes and corrections to orders
- Ensure orders and changes are made in a timely manner
- Create and issue invoices for prepaid charges.
- Ensures the timely and accurate production and release of Ocean Bills of Lading.
- Builds and maintains an open line of communication with the respective customer base and acts as a problem solver.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Atlanta, GA 30346: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
