Canobie Lake Park has maintained the highest standards of family entertainment for over 100 years and is currently seeking a positive self-motivated facility and property maintenance technician. This is a full-time benefited year-round position. The position requires effective and careful evaluation in response to a broad range of maintenance needs to assist the Facilities Manager with the efficient operation of property.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas of routine, preventative and emergency maintenance:

• Basic Carpentry

• Painting and Drywall Repair

• Janitorial, Grounds and Snow Removal

• Basic Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Appliance Repair

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field with a minimum of two plus years of related job experience with basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the key duties of the position.

• Provide hand and basic power tools

• Willingness to work varied shifts and schedules including nights and weekends

• On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays;

• Must possess a valid driver’s license

Candidates will be required to submit to and pass the following: • Criminal background check

• Motor vehicle operators check
