B assett Healthcare Network is an integrated health care system that provides care and services to people living in an eight-county region covering 5,600 square miles in Central New York. The organization includes five corporately affiliated hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields. More than 400 full-time salaried physicians and advanced practice clinicians focus on patient-centered care. Sidney Health Center is a (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication, and patient involvement.

esponsibilities:
• Traditional Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Opportunity for 4/10 hour shifts, 7 AM – 5 PM
• No OB
• A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients
• Integrated addiction care with large supportive network of MOUD clinicians throughout our clinics.
• Opportunities for teaching including collaboration with APCs on site and Columbia University Medical students
• School-based health coverage for pediatric patients
• Full-spectrum case mix and diverse patient population
• Collaborative Working Environment
• Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State programs
