Corteva Agriscience is seeking to hire a Global Grower Compensation and Relationship Manager in Johnston, Iowa.

Global Grower Compensation & Relationship Lead is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for grower compensation to optimize the net return in seed value from Corteva's investment in grower compensation and enhance the relationship with Corteva seed growers around the world. The Lead shall collaborate with Regional and Local Production leadership and Field Excellence teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities and equip local field teams to effectively market the value of our seed contracts and partnership to growers. This individual shall serve as the Business Process Owner for the Grower Compensation digital process, including the calculation and payment of grower compensation. Ultimately this individual should seek opportunities to develop and extend incentives, opportunities, and other value-added benefits to our Seed Growers to help Corteva maintain the strongest Grower Network in the markets in which we operate.
Qualifications
Requirements:
What expertise have you grown? What do you bring to the table?
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Minimum 10 years of agricultural industry experience
- Knowledge of Production Agriculture with preference given to candidates with seed production experience or understanding
- Legal & Marketing experience is a plus

- Systems/Processes
- Knowledge of SeedPro and SAP is beneficial
- LEAN or Six Sigma training is beneficial
- E2W and Wave is beneficial
- Minitab or other statistical analysis software
