Technicians will work in and around Salem and Greater Portland area. This is a 5-day-a-week position (weekends required on a rotation basis). The average salary for Technicians is $80K per year. We have NO CAP on the salary you can earn per year.

Training Wage: $20 - $24/hr DOE; TECHNICIAN: Earn Bonuses after the Training period.
** Our Technicians need to pass our drug screen & have a good Driving record. Thanks for your understanding! **

WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• "Mechanically inclined" individuals with 1+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in the areas of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrician, Car Mechanics, Airline Mechanics, or general Maintenance experience; military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to train, learn, and keep up to date on the Plumbing Business
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (Ability to read, write, and speak clearly)
• Open to working every other weekend [Rotation basis - you would have a 5 day work week]
• Able to work independently
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record

We are looking for installers who strive to be the best and give the best customer service while doing so. Our SERVICE area is all over Portland, Salem, Vancouver, and surrounding areas. TRAINING will be out of our TROUTDALE warehouse. Candidates should also have a safe place to park our company truck during off-hours. Will perform background checks and drug screening with an offer of employment.
