Our company is looking for a Guest Service Agent to work 7 am - 3 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, providing information about the hotel and its services, and helping guests with any issues they may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer inquiries from guests and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
- Provide directions to local attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Process payments for guests.
